• No Mobile Information Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
• Opt-Out: You may reply "STOP" to any message to opt-out of future SMS communications.

5. Compliance Acts

CalOPPA (California Online Privacy Protection Act)

Though we operate in Michigan, we agree to the following in compliance with CalOPPA:

• Users can visit our site anonymously.
• Our Privacy Policy link includes the word 'Privacy' and can easily be found on our home page.
• Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on this page.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13.
